Fear, Paranoia, Self Doubt, Suspicion, Noise are the favorite ploys of the mind. Understand this and you shall never be caught unaware by its mischief. Awareness IS the only Solution. When you are one with the spirit, the mind knows its efforts are in vain and therefore gives up.
