Shock and Trauma

Most of us have profound fears inside that seem to be irrational and confusing.
The root of these fears is linked to traumas of the past. Sometimes we are unconscious of these traumas or we have minimized their impact to our lives, but these still causes us mistrust and makes it difficult to believe in ourselves or in others.
The traumas of the past can bring a sense of shame interfere with our sexuality, creating difficulties in our relationship. Fear and sense of unworthiness damage our energy, self esteem and our capacity to relate.
The process includes:
1. Bring the trauma to the light of consciousness and loving comprehension.
2. Regain power and rebuild our personal resources, learn to take risks and
rediscover our capacity to respond to threats.
3. Learn again to become sensible to our body' s sensations.

When we learn to heal shock and painful past memories, we recover our power and we let those traumatic experiences become a seed of a profound sensibility, self love and wisdom.
