It is so easy to forget and to be unconscious of who you are as you move in life. There is no problem with this, as long as you realign your attention to your true nature upon seeing that you have forgotten. There is often a temptation to put this realignment off; to do it later, or after you have done so and so or such and such. The result of this is inevitably more forgetting, and more pain in your life. Tough or stressful times are often the times when you forget about putting your heart first. But these can be used as clear reminders that you need to realign your attention to your true nature.
Now is always a good time to bring your attention fully and consciously to this moment; your heart. And now is the only moment that you can do this, ever. So, make it a habit and start now! Remind yourself to bring your attention to this currently arising moment, as often as you can and then make sure that you actually do so.
