Being Who You Are Will Set Your Free

Currently, you are acting on the moment-to-moment automaticity of who you think you are. This illusion that you are separate from your heart is the only thing that you are ever suffering from. However, it is not true, for you are already free in this moment right now. As you become skilled in recognising who you are, you will awaken to how you can move from this place of freedom instead of trying to be who you think you are. To counteract this unconscious and automatic movement of who you think you are, you will need to establish a consistent contact with your heart. You will need to become sensitive to the ‘feeling’ sense of your very essence, which is seeing through your eyes right now. To establish this feeling sense of your heart, make a commitment to yourself to do this before you do anything else; before you get out of bed in the morning each day and before each and every activity during your day. Then, again, before sleeping at night.
This constant coming back to your heart is what will begin to bring wisdom to the daily rounds of your life. It will also lay the foundation for you to transcend your unconscious belief in the chattering mind, freeing you to a much greater wealth of energy, living and heartfelt freedom.
