TODAY'S LIFE LESSON: suggests that we slow down a little and get some rest. We have been on the celestial slide ride for a long time now, and it is in a place of calmness that we can find our bliss.

Taking time to consciously make yourself quiet and reflective is not always easy. Our mind likes to re-mind us every so many heartbeats that we have lots to do, places to go and people to meet. Just breathe into those thoughts and let them float by. When you are ready to simply take a deep sigh of relief that the world does not come to an end, or fall off the edge - you will have arrived at a wonderful state of serenity.

It seems a bit odd that we would have to remind ourselves to breathe, but it is those moments when we begin to recognize that conscious creation comes from having a connection to source that brings the flow of abundant possibilities into our reality - just breathe and be.

RELAX= consciously choose to focus on your breath
RELEASE= surrender all challenges to source
RELIEF= accept that everything is working for you
